After calling out the RAC with a break issue on my car, they recommended Hamstead Motors to me. If I’m honest with you, I’m so glad he did. As you probably know, it can be a minefield trying to find a reputable garage with good intentions. I have to say that I am not disappointed with the work. Not only did they sort out my problem, but I came back to an immaculately clean car. I don’t think I ever remembered it looking this clean. Lol. I found the staff extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Not only did they do their best to fit me in, short notice, they made sure that I understood every aspect of the work even down to the technical nuances. After being introduced to Branko by the RAC I got the impression that he seemed to be determined to find the problem. Showing quite a lot of concern, and enthusiasm. Asking as much as he could to troubleshoot the issue. This left me feeling confident my car was in good hands. One of the things I feel that sets this garage apart from others is the Personal Experience you receive. Being a small business, the staff have a lot more time to assist you. Leaving you with a sense of appreciation as a customer. In this day and age, it’s hard to find good values when it comes to businesses. Call me old-fashioned, but I do appreciate being treated like a human and not a name on a computer program, accessed by a computer. Hamstead Motors hits the spot. I was extremely impressed with the diligence, care , attention and professionalism of this company. Firstly they wrote very businesslike and courteous emails. And took immense care and attention to reassure me why the repairs were necessary - even taking time and trouble in showing me the old part and it’s replacement so I could see the evidence and case for replacement. I will absolutely be going back there in future and am impressed.

Excellent throughout. Brilliant service, excellent job. Brand new BMW X6M competition scratched on the side / scratched diamond alloy while parked overnight. Branko and his team did an excellent job with the car returned like brand new. Would recommend 100%.

First time using West h motors. Needed my brake pads and brake disc replaced urgently on my Audi Q3. Branco managed to get me in the same day. Provided a quote straight away and most importantly finished the job within a few hours as he promised. Good pricing. I usually go to Audi for everything and I must say how professional and helpful i found this garage and less pricey! I will be going to them in the future for anything else. Very rare to find a reliable trust worthy garage and when you do, which I have, hold onto them with both hands. Highly highly recommend. Do not hesitate! Even washed my car for me.
